The old DevLog layout made sense when kwmjr was a collection of plugin experiments. That is not the center of gravity anymore.

The main story now is LomaStudio: the app, the framework, the hardware path, the marketplace ideas, the weird design problems, and the decisions that happen while turning it into a real tool. The website should feel like a living workbench, not a static brochure.

This journal format is meant to let each update stand on its own with a thumbnail, a few media moments, and enough written context to explain why the work matters.
